Warum Li-Po-Akkus verwenden?

Der größte Vorteil von Lithium-Polymer-Akkus (LiPo) liegt in ihrer geringeren Größe und der höheren Leistung und Laufzeit im Vergleich zu NiMH-Akkus. Die meisten LiPo-Akkus haben die Größe eines Mini-Akkus, bieten aber die gleiche Leistung wie ein großer NiMH-Akku.

Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Batterien bietet der LiPo-Akku eine gleichbleibende Feuerrate über die gesamte Spieldauer. Außerdem müssen LiPo-Akkus nicht entladen werden, sodass sie zwischen den Spielen wieder aufgeladen werden können.
