Anwendungen: Der E 4/2 U0/U2 MT-HACCP weiss FDA ist ein Standardtransportband für die Lebensmittelindustrie. Haupteinsatzgebiete sind Backwaren, Süßwaren und allg. Lebensmittelindustrie. Besondere Einsatzgebiete sind Miniförderer und Bandwaagen. Ein universell einsetzbarer Bandtyp mit hoher Quersteifigkeit, guter Verschweißbarkeit mit Profilen und damit auch für Z Förderer gut geeignet. Durch die mattierte Oberfläche gute Ablöseeigenschaften bei klebrigen Produkten. Auf Grund des niedrigen Reibwerts wird das Band im Staubetrieb und bei Abweisern gerne eingesetzt.

Aufbau: Der Zugträger besteht aus 2 Polyester Gewebelage in Kette und Schuss. Verschleißfeste Urethan-Imprägnierung auf der Laufseite in Leinwandbindung. Als Tragseite ein 0,2mm dicke, mattierte, harte, weiße Polyurethan - Beschichtung in 92 Shore A. Die Gesamtdicke ist 1,35mm mit +/- 0,1mm und einem Gewicht von 1,55 kg/m2. Der Spannungsdehnungswert relaxiert liegt bei 4,0 N/mm bei 1% Dehnung. Es wird eine Auflegedehnung von 0,3% empfohlen. Das Band ist von -30 bis +100 Grad – kurzzeitig bis 120 Grad einsetzbar.

Eigenschaften: Harte, mattierte Oberfläche mit eher niedrigem Reibwert. Der Reibwert der Laufseite wird mit 0,15, die Tragseite mit 0,57 nach ISO 21182 gegen Stahlblech angegeben. Mit dem 2- lagigen Gewebeaufbau ein quersteifer Bandtyp mit einer antistatischen Ausrüstung < 3x10hoch 8 Ohm nach DIN EN SIO 21178. Die Verschweißbarkeit von Profilen auf Lauf- und Tragseite gut möglich. Kantenversieglung Smartseal und Wellkante auch möglich. Z- Verbindung mit Gegenbiegung 24mm, feststehende Messerkante 3mm u. Z- Verbindung Umlenkung 14mm. Die chemische Beständigkeit lt. Beständigkeitsliste von Forbo Siegling. Das Transportband ist für Einsatz unverpackter Lebensmittel nach EU 10/2011, EG 1935/2004, FDA 21CFR, Halal, HACCP u. MHLW 370 geprüft und freigegeben.
