Das Creatin in HOT BLOOD HARDCORE verbessert die körperliche Leistungsfähigkeit bei kurzen, intensiven Belastungen. Die positive Wirkung wird bei einer täglichen Aufnahme von 3 g Creatin erzielt.
(1) Vitamin B6 und Niacin tragen zu einer normalen Funktion des Nervensystems bei. Zink trägt zur Erhaltung einer normalen geistigen Funktion bei.
(2) Vitamin C und Vitamin E tragen zum Schutz der Zellen vor oxidativem Stress bei.
(3) Folsäure, Vitamin B12 und Vitamin A tragen zu einer normalen Funktion des Immunsystems bei. Chrom ist an einem normalen Stoffwechsel von Makronährstoffen beteiligt. Biotin ist an normalen energieerzeugenden Stoffwechselprozessen beteiligt.
Empfohlene Dosierung
Mische täglich 2x1 Portion (2x12,5 g, 2x1 Messlöffel) des Hot Blood Hardcore-Pulvers mit 2x200 ml kaltem Wasser. Das Getränk ist leicht kohlensäurehaltig, daher öffne den Deckel alle 5 Sekunden beim Schütteln, um Unfälle zu vermeiden. Verzehre eine Portion 30 Minuten vor dem Training und eine während des Trainings.
Warnhinweise
Nicht für Kinder und schwangere Frauen empfohlen. Nicht auf nüchternen Magen einnehmen. Die empfohlene Tagesdosis nicht überschreiten. Hoher Koffeingehalt [150 mg Koffein pro Portion (75 mg Koffein pro 100 ml verzehrfertigem Getränk)]. Nicht von schwangeren oder stillenden Frauen und Kindern unter 18 Jahren konsumieren. Der Verzehr dieses Produkts wird bei bekannten zugrunde liegenden medizinischen Zuständen oder bei gleichzeitiger Einnahme von Medikamenten nicht empfohlen! Es sollte nicht am selben Tag wie andere Produkte mit grünem Tee oder Betain konsumiert werden.
