AS750 Diamanttrennscheibe speziell für Schnitte in Asphalt

Die AS750 Diamanttrennscheibe ist das Profiprodukt von Marcrist für den professionellen Anwender, der Wert auf eine hohe Standzeit legt. Besonders beliebt im Straßenbau und GaLabau.

Das 10 mm doppelt lasergeschweißte Diamantsegment erzielt die maximale Sicherheit. Die hochwertigen Komponenten, wie z.B. der Kern mit Diamantschutz, das geschliffene und gehärtete Stammblatt und das darauf abgestimmte Diamantsegment, sorgen für das langlebige und sichere Schneiderlebnis.

Der Kern mit Diamantschutz sorgt für einen höheren Freischnitt und das Verklemmen wird dadurch im Schnitt deutlich reduziert. Das spezielle tiefgezogene Segment (Schrägschutzsegment) reduziert den übermäßigen Verschleiß des Stammblatts und garantiert zusätzliche Sicherheit gegen Segmentverlust. Die AS750 ist selbstkühlend- und schärfend und benötigt deshalb keine Kühlpausen.
