Bist du dir nicht sicher, welcher Härtegrad für dich der Richtige ist, wähle einfach die zweischichtige Variante.  Diese bietet auch bei unterschiedlichen Körpergewichten einen sehr guten Schlafkomfort. They are an expense at the amount my doctor has me on, but they’re worth every penny to not have the awful pain and nausea I had before I started taking them. Highly recommend.
