Beschreibung:

SDV Chemie ZINK-HELL ist ein Korrosionsschutzlack mit Zinkbestandteilen auf Acrylbasis. Schnelltrocknend, mit hoher Rostschutzwirkung und gut verträglich.

Verarbeitung:
Der Untergrund muss trocken, öl-, fettfrei und sauber sein. Best Verarbeitung bei ca. 20°C. Dose kräftig schütteln (nachdem die Mischkugeln klappern noch ca. 2 Minuten) – probesprühen (die Metallpigmente setzen sich bei längerer Lagerung ab und können, bei ungenügendem Schütteln, das Sprühventil verstopfen). Aus einem Abstand von 20 – 25 cm im Kreuzgang in zwei dünnen, zwischengetrockneten Schichten aufsprühen. Schnelltrocknend – die Oberfläche ist nach ca. 8 Min. trocken, grifffest nach 20 -30 Min. und nach ca. 24 Std. ist der Lack durchgehärtet. Nach unseren Erfahrungen ist für einen optimalen Korrosionsschutz eine Schichtdicke von 80µ ausreichend.
