Beside the fruitier and easy drinking wines, Francesco makes two other labels from older vines that better capture the essence of Banyuls. The grapes for Ticché come from a plot that Francesco owns in Banyuls, it is made of the three Grenache and a little Carignan.
Maceration is short, only a few days, yet enough to extract the spirit of a dry and warm place. Matured in stainless steel, the freshness is preserved, together with showing a nice structure. The wine has no added sulfur, for a vibrant expression of the Cru Banyuls
