Der statische Mischer Nordson 7700829 (160-608LL) ist ein Spiralmischer zur zuverlässigen und homogenen Durchmischung zweikomponentiger Kleb-, Dicht- und Vergussstoffe. Die Spiral-Mischgeometrie sorgt für eine gleichmäßige Vermischung bei geringem Restvolumen.

Mit 8 Mischelementen erreicht der Mischer eine gleichmäßige Durchmischung über die gesamte Auslasslänge. Die Mischelemente aus Polyacetal und das Gehäuse aus Polypropylen sorgen für einen zuverlässigen Einsatz auch bei anspruchsvollen Materialien.

Bei einem Druck über 10 bar (150 psi) im Mischer ist die Verwendung von Schutzrohren erforderlich.
