Each capsule is easy to swallow, and I like that they’re vegetable-based, non-GMO, and free of unnecessary additives. Unlike some fiber powders that can be gritty or hard to mix, the capsule form is super convenient—you just take them with a full glass of water, and there’s no taste or texture to deal with.
I noticed improvements in regularity within the first week, without any harsh cramping or urgency that some fiber products can cause. This is magic on earth.

These pills are actual magic. It’s not a placebo. I genuinely feel so much more calm and relaxed when I take one of these. It takes about 30 minutes to kick in, and I immediately feel my anxiety ease away. I usually take them on a stressful day or when I feel uneasy. They don’t upset your stomach, but you will be burping the smell of lavender.
