Charakter & Ausbau

Dieser Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut stammt aus Chardonnay-Reben, die 1974 in Cuis auf Kreideböden gepflanzt wurden. Vinifikation ohne Filtration oder Schönung, mit natürlicher Kaltstabilisierung. Ausbau auf der Hefe bis zum Dégorgement im November 2022. Dosage: 2,4 g/l.

Terroir

Die Lage liegt auf Kreideböden (Craie ab 35 cm) mit südlicher Exposition. Die Kombination aus alten Reben und mineralischem Untergrund verleiht diesem Champagner Präzision und Tiefe.

I’ve been using the BigFoot Clear Shower Curtain Liner for a few weeks now, and I'm happy with my purchase. The material feels much more premium than the typical flimsy liners.
