Upgrade Turbolader GT1646V - Stufe 2 (230 PS)

Turbolader passt Plug&Play bei allen quer eingebauten 1.9 TDI Motoren (VW, Audi, Seat und Skoda), welche original einen GT1646V verbaut haben mit folgenden Motorkennbuchstaben:

BXE, BJB, BKC, BXF, BRU

Keine Anpassungsarbeiten nötig. Abgasgehäuse und Verdichtergehäuse sind äußerlich original.

Änderungen:

  • Abgasgehäuse und Verdichtergehäuse mechanisch bearbeitet
  • doppelte Kolbenringabdichtung (Verdichterseite)
  • Spaltmaß optimiert
  • größere Turbine mit verstärktem Schaft
  • größerer Verdichter (original 46mm)
  • bearbeitete VTG
  • verstärkter und absolut verschleißfester Lagersatz
    (mit 70% Sonderteilen aus eigener Fertigung)
  • neuer Dichtsatz
  • neue Unterdruckdose
  • Justagearbeiten
  • VSR Wuchten (Protokoll liegt bei)
