Das Ziel ist es, wie beim Kartenspiel auch, 21 Punkte zu erreichen. Gespielt wird gegen den Dealer. Während des Spiels wechselt die beleuchtete Anzeige im Backglas zwischen der Dealers Hand und der Players Hand. Punkte sammelt der Spieler durch einen Treffer in den links gelegenen Kick Out Hole. Zudem verfügt der Flipper über einen Spinner, dieser befördert den Ball direkt wieder in den oberen Bereich der Spielfläche.
