Der XTX Tungsten basiert auf dem XTX200, verfügt jedoch über eine wirklich einzigartige, zusätzliche Eigenschaft: Eine harte, widerstandsfähige PVD-Beschichtung (Physikalische Gasphasenabscheidung). Diese ”knallharte” Beschichtung ist besser als eine herkömmliche Verchromung. Die Beschichtung besteht aus hochwertigem Titan, Zirkonium und Chrom. Das Ergebnis kann sich nicht nur sehen lassen, es schützt Ihren Atemregler bei normaler Verwendung auch vor Beschädigungen. Verfügt über das innovative Diver Changeable Exhaust System (DCE). Damit kann der Taucher zwischen einem kleinen und einem großen Blasenabweiser wechseln. So kann man zwischen einem breiten Blasenabweiser für minimale Störungen durch aufsteigende Blasen (wichtig bei der UW-Fotografie) und einem schmalen Blasenabweiser (=kompakter Atemregler) wählen.
