Warum 98 % WPI? Durch Microfiltration wird die Molke auf 98 % Proteingehalt aufgereinigt – Laktose, Fett und Begleitstoffe werden weitgehend entfernt. Das Ergebnis ist ein Protein das sich in Wasser vollständig klar löst. Das vollständige Aminosäureprofil pro 100 g Protein: Leucin 11 g, Lysin 9,6 g, Isoleucin 6,4 g, Glutaminsäure 18 g, Asparaginsäure 11 g. Gesüsst mit Sucralose und Acesulfam K. Natürlicher Farbstoff Carotin. Alle Chargen durchlaufen unabhängige Labortests (FSSC 22000 & HACCP zertifiziert).
