Die Watery Schwimmboje Pro 28L besteht aus 100% strapazierfähigem und widerstandsfähigem Nylon, das auf der Oberseite mit PVC beschichtet ist, wodurch die Boje natürlich und ohne Widerstand über das Wasser gleitet.
Mit dem speziellen Netzfach auf der Vorderseite hast du auch beim Schwimmen im Meer den nötigen Energiesnack oder ähnliches griffbereit.
Unserer Pro Schwimmsack ist also perfekt für längere Freiwasserschwimmstrecken oder für alle, die unterwegs eine Erfrischung brauchen oder wollen.
Deshalb ist dies unsere Pro-Schwimmboje:
- Zusätzlich zu dieser grünen Farbe ist die Watery Schwimmboje Pro 28L in zwei weiteren auffälligen Farben erhältlich, die alle die höchstmögliche Sichtbarkeit bieten: Pink und Orange.
- Mit diesem Profi-Modell kannst du im Wasser auf deine Wasserflasche oder dein Energiegel zugreifen. Das liegt an der Netztasche auf der Vorderseite.
- Die Schwimmboje hat ein Fassungsvermögen von 28 Litern, so dass du dein Handtuch, deine Kleidung zum Wechseln, dein Portemonnaie, deine Schlüssel und deine Wasserflasche gleichzeitig in dem Schwimmsack transportieren kannst. Dieses Fach ist natürlich 100% wasserdicht, wenn die Schwimmboje aufgeblasen ist.
- Die Maße der Schwimmboje sind 36 x 72 cm, was ihm 17,5 kg Auftrieb auf dem Wasser gibt, wenn du eine Pause brauchst. Er ist auch groß genug, um aus der Ferne gesehen zu werden.
- Hat ein Gewicht von 800 Gramm.
- Die Schwimmboje besteht aus 100% Nylon und ist auf der Oberfläche mit PVC beschichtet. Nylon ist im Allgemeinen haltbarer und widerstandsfähiger gegen scharfe Gegenstände, daher halten sie in der Regel länger. Das PVC auf der Oberseite verleiht ihm ein schönes Finish, sodass er leichter über das Wasser gleitet.
- Obenauf ist das Watery-Logo sogar als Spiegelung platziert, damit du auch abends, wenn die Sonne untergeht, sichtbar bleibst.
- Die Struktur der Boje selbst besteht aus zwei Fächern, anders als bei klassischen Schwimmbojen. Eine, die sich oben öffnet, dient zum Verstauen deiner Sachen und die andere zum Aufblasen mit Luft. Dadurch erhält die Schwimmboje den optimalen und höchsten Grad an Auftrieb.
- An einer Seite der Schwimmboje wurde ein Ventil angebracht, um ihn aufzublasen.
- Die Schwimmboje wird mit einem speziellen langen Gurt geliefert, der sicherstellt, dass er dir unabhängig von deiner Körpergröße passt und schnell und einfach an deine Taille angepasst werden kann. Die maßgeschneiderte Länge sorgt dafür, dass der Beutel dir auf natürliche Weise folgt, ohne deine Beinschläge beim Schwimmen zu behindern.
- Am Ende der Schwimmboje haben wir eine Pfeife angebracht, die in die Schnalle eingebaut ist und in Notsituationen verwendet werden kann.

Fuzzballs get wearing once

Almost the perfect watch
Color: Black/Blue
I have owned three earlier models of these things going back to the days when I actually ran road races. They are brilliant pieces of work. My only complaint of them was that the start/stop/split button(s)--there were two on the older models--were too small. Well, apparently Timex listens and the two small buttons are now combined into one larger one. Probably this was done years ago but I'm only now getting back into road work, so now I get to discover it.
The perfect watch? Almost. I especially like this model as my eyes are not what they used to be and the oversized face makes it easier to read. The downside to this is that it also makes the crystal easier to scratch. That's always been an issue, but I can live with it. No, the real problem with this product is, was, and apparently ever shall be, the band. Now, it could be worse, it could be a resin band (like the old ones) that will crack and break within a couple of years, but no, this is a nylon and velcro wrap style which should be just dandy, but for three glitches: 1. it's too short 2. it's too narrow (gee whiz, Timex designers, it's an oversized watch, why not a matching oversized band?) and 3. it's still resin where it attaches to the actual watch. Now, I imagine it's probably less prone to breakage in how it's implemented, but if you should choose to replace it, I can see no obvious way of removing it short of cutting it off. Really?
But these are minor complaints. I doubt it would be comfortable on anyone whose wrists are much bigger than my own, but replacement bands are everywhere, and this watch will keep time with style and it's brilliant at splits. Heck, it even functions admirably as a backup for my expensive stopwatches at our regular short track stock car events. For my money (and did I mention the price is wonderful?) the Ironman is still the best at what it does, and for what it can do.

Good hard use watch.

Review Calibration: 3 stars means it works as advertised, nothing special during use, and no amazing features. Higher stars mean better-than-expected performance and features. This is 5 stars because it is my favorite work/hard-use watch. I have been wearing one for years, and like all Timex watches, it can take a beating. I have to replace it when the band's ears get so damaged that they won't hold the band on. This has more to do with the plastic's lifespan than with a design issue. I am hard on watches. This watch normally lasts ne 7-10 years between replacements.

Typical Ironman quality
Color: Black/Silver-Tone
This is my fourth Timex Ironman watch. I own many watches, and prefer the Ironman for casual wear and sporting activities as well as swimming and snorkeling. I decided to replace an earlier model with this one rather than pay to change the battery.
The Ironman has changed very little over the years since its introduction in the '80s, with the exception of cosmetic improvememnts and a larger display. I selected the "oversize" model as I was looking for a little more heft to this model. This watch fits the bill, not as chunky as my G-Shock. A pleasant surprise was the weight of the watch. This model is lightweight, another advantage over the G. It's larger than the typical Ironman model, but about the same weight. The band lacks the stiffness of some other Timex and Casio models, and is quite comfortable.
Typical Ironman functions are unchanged, and the ability to "hide" various functions makes operation of the watch more efficient. There are three time zones, useful when traveling, as well as the usual chronograph/timer and alarm functions.
I haven't worn the watch in the pool or ocean yet, but if experience is any guide, I expect no problems. I've never had an Ironman leak, whether during water sports or snorkeling.
These are great watches for the money. I prefer 200 meter water resistance for this type of watch, but Timex has yet to build an Ironman 200m that doesn't overwhelm my wrist in weight and size. I'm not a big guy, and they are simply too large for my wrist.
Looking forward to years of service with this watch. Definitely a good timepiece for the price.
