Da die Qualität bei uns entscheidet, wird diese Klappenabgasanlage aus hitzebeständigem 1.4828 Edelstahl gefertigt. Dieses hochwertige Material verschafft der Anlage eine lange Lebensdauer. Gefertigt werden die Anlagen ausschließlich von Hand in einem WIG Schweißverfahren. Anschließend werden die Anlagen auf Hochglanz poliert. Eine Qualitätskontrolle schließt den Fertigungsprozess nun vollständig ab.

Mit der programmierbaren Klappensteuerung CES-3 (im Lieferumfang enthalten) incl. zwei Fernbedienungen für den Schlüsselbund ist das System frei programmierbar und staudrucküberwacht. Die Anlage kann komplett mit Fächerkrümmer ausgeliefert werden. Durch die Verwendung unseres Krümmers fallen die serienmäßigen Katalysatoren weg. Abhängig von der jeweiligen Programmierung der ECU, kann es unter Umständen zu einem aufleuchten der Motorkontrollleuchte (Check engine light) kommen.

The pepper grinder looks nice and initially functioned well as expected. However, as at least 9 other reviewers have noted experiencing, within 2 weeks of purchase and after very minimal usage, the black retaining ring around the grinder cone & adjustment knob just fell out when I was using the grinder, which was disappointing and indicative of poor design or construction for this part. After some research & experimentation, I was able to pop the ring back into place using needle-nose pliers (you just need something hard and narrow to push and flex the ring a bit, not necessarily pliers). I'm hoping that this is not a harbinger of other problems to come. Otherwise it's a nice grinder.
