Bremsenkühlung für die Vorderachse.

Luftkanal Einlass:

Um die Luft zum Auslass der Bremsbelüftung zu transportieren ist ein passender Einlass unumgänglich. Der G80/82 M3/M4 (sowie der Competition) hat ab Werk bereits Einlasskanäle in der Frontstoßstange, jedoch enden diese mitten im Radkasten. Um die Luft nicht willkürlich im Radkasten zu verwirbeln, haben wir einen Einlasskanal entwickelt, welche mit minimalem Aufwand montierbar ist und die Luft mittels eines Schlauches um das Rad herum mit dem Auslass verbindet. Für die Montage ist kein Befestigungswerkzeug notwendig. Sie erfolgt im Austausch mit dem originalen Kanalstutzen. Der Kanal basiert auf dem OEM Kanal und nutzt somit exakt die gleichen Verbindungspunkte und ist somit zu 100% rückstandslos rückrüstbar.

Luftkanal Auslass:

Bei vielen Fahrzeugen ist eine Bremsenkühlung bereits bei mittelschwerer Belastung, sogar außerhalb der Rennstrecke empfehlenswert. Durch diese wird nicht nur die Bremsperformance verbessert, sondern auch der Verschleiß der Reibpartner drastisch verringert. Unser Ankerblech nutzt die Kanalisierung des Luftstroms zum Zentrum der Bremsscheibe, um den Turbineneffekt zur Kühlung der Scheibe von innen zu nutzen. Dabei strömen wir die Scheibe gezielt in einem definierten Winkel an, um keine Streuverluste zu erleiden und das vorhandene Luftvolumen maximal effizient zu nutzen. Durch die leichte Bauweise in Kombination mit gepulvertem Aluminium ist das Ankerblech ausreichend fest und zugleich leicht und unempfindlich. Zusätzlich werden die der Bremsscheibe am nächsten liegenden Lager von der Hitze abgeschirmt, um die Lebensdauer dieser zu erhöhen (wenn notwendig).

Im schlimmsten Falle könnte das Rad bei vollem Lenkeinschlag (was nur beim Einparken der Fall sein sollte) leicht aufliegen, was zu keinem Schaden an dem Reifen führen kann. In diesem Fall würden wir darum bitten auf die letzten ¼ der Lenkumdrehungen zu verzichten.

Another excellent M MAELREG product. I already have some pants and jackets from M MAELREG and figured this hoodie would be great as well and I was right. It is lightweight and very comfortable while also being warm. The material is smooth and soft to the touch with a stylish look to it that would work in tthe gym, on the golf course, or out about town. I really love the hood design, not having a single hem down the center lets the hood rest more naturally on your head. It fits as expected, I would prefer it to be a couple inches longer, but that's just my personal taste. Overall, this is an excellent lightweight hoodie.
