Eine Partie FYFE beginnen alle Spielenden mit dem gleichen Spielbrett. Im Laufe einer Partie entscheiden sie dann nicht nur, welche Holzsteine sie einsetzen, sondern auch, wie sie diese werten wollen. In jeder Runde haben sie dazu die Wahl, einen von zwei Holzsteinen auszulegen. Wenn dieser in einer Reihe oder Spalte ausgelegt wird, auf die noch kein Wertungsplättchen zeigt, muss nun sofort eins ausgelegt werden. Dazu kann sich die spielende Person eines ihrer verbleibenden 15 Wertungsplättchen aussuchen. Sobald die darauf angezeigte Aufgabe erfüllt ist, wird es umgedreht. Wer eine Aufgabe zuerst abschließt, erhält extra Punkte. Außerdem warten Bonuspunkte, wenn zwei, drei oder gar vier Wertungsplättchen mit der Platzierung eines einzigen Holzsteins erfüllt werden. Gutes Vorausplanen und das Anlegen der Holzsteine und Wertungsplättchen im richtigen Moment lohnen sich bei diesem abstrakten Legespiel von Kosch. Glücksbringer verleihen den Spielenden besondere Fähigkeiten, die sie einsetzen können, sobald ein Glücksbringerstein gezogen wird. Sobald alle 25 Plätze auf dem Spielbrett befüllt sind, endet das Spiel. Die Person, die ihre Wertungsplättchen am besten mit den gezogenen Holzsteinen kombinieren konnte, wird die Partie FYFE gewinnen.

Great to clean up the cable clutter

I finally got around to cleaning up the cable disaster on my home office desk and these grommets were exactly what I needed. They fit perfectly into the 2-inch holes I drilled, and the plastic feels surprisingly sturdy, not like that cheap, brittle stuff that snaps the moment you try to pop the cover back on. The little brush-like opening is a nice touch because it keeps the cords from sliding back down when they aren't plugged in, and the black finish looks really clean against my wood tabletop.
