Vinifikation: selektive Handlese gegen Ende des Herbstes. Maischestandzeit über Nacht zur stärkeren Extraktion der Traubeninhaltsstoffe. Lange Gärung bei mäßigen, aber nicht tiefen Temperaturen. Teilweise spontan, teilweise mit geringer Hefeeinsaat vergoren.

Alk 13 %Vol.

Geschmack: trocken

Farbe: helles Gelb mit grünen Reflexen

Charakter: Sehr konzentriert, mineralisch, rauchig sowie fruchtig. Kräutrige Aromen, zugleich Duft nach Pfirsich und reifen Äpfeln. Langer Nachhall, sehr komplex. Vom Vulkangestein. Mittlere Nahe par excellence.
