Mit den Champagnes von Sacy Sœur & Frère verfolgt Louis de Sacy einen kompromisslosen Terroir-Ansatz. Die Cuvée Les Courtisols du Fûtur stammt aus einer einzelnen Parzelle im Grand-Cru-Ort Verzy auf der Montagne de Reims. Von dieser Einzellagenabfüllung wurden lediglich 1.960 Flaschen erzeugt.

Der Wein besteht zu 100 % aus Pinot Noir und wurde ausschließlich mit natürlichen Hefen vergoren. Der Ausbau erfolgte im Holzfass, die malolaktische Gärung fand natürlich statt. Auf Schönung, Filtration und Dosage wurde vollständig verzichtet, um den Charakter von Lage und Jahrgang unverfälscht zu bewahren.

Der Jahrgang 2021 zeigt sich präzise, geradlinig und mineralisch. Am Gaumen verbinden sich rote Apfelfrucht, Zitruszeste, feine Würze und die kalkige Frische des Verzy-Terroirs zu einem eigenständigen Grand-Cru-Champagner mit langem Nachhall.
