In der vorliegenden Dissertation wird untersucht ob und inwieweit sich die Schiedspraxis und Nationalstaaten, bei der Verhandlung von internationalen Investitionsschutzverträgen, seit Einführung der UNCITRAL Transparenzregeln zu mehr Transparenz bekannt haben.
