Das Tragen von zwei verschiedenen Socken symbolisiert die Akzeptanz gegenüber Menschen mit Trisomie 21. Die MISMATCH-Kollektion ist eine Hommage an die weltweite Bewegung des Tragens von #mismatchedsocks und richtet sich auch gegen die Stigmatisierung des Andersseins, von der Menschen mit Down-Syndrom oft betroffen sind.
Schliesslich ist jeder Mensch anders und anders zu sein ist daher die normalste Sache der Welt. Seien Sie anders (und zeigen Sie es mit Ihren PAAR Socken)!
Diese Socken wurden von vier Schweizer Freunden aus Basel entworfen: Jürg, Patrick, Adrian und Christian. Sie alle wurden mit dem Down-Syndrom geboren und arbeiten als Designer für GINGA Ethical.

A hound's dream toy.

I bought this for our "grandson"--a happy go lucky beagle--to play with while we were dogsitting. It took a while to motivate him to play with it, but eventually he caved... and then promptly proceeded to tear its insides out! I took a photo and sent it to my son, and he remarked, "Wow, it has been a long time since he played with a toy like that." So even an old hound past his prime enjoyed this toy. As for quality, this is a very well made toy. Yes, it's true that the dog ripped it to shreds, but that'll happen to any toy if the dog is determined enough. I was happy he enjoyed it. He also has two loofa dog toys here that he hardly ever touches, but this duck toy was too much for him to resist. My only suggestion is to supervise your dog while he plays with this. Besides the inner stuffing, the toy has a fuzzy surface to it, and you don't want him chewing a bunch of fuzz if he tears some out, as dogs are apt to do. Other than that, GREAT DOG TOY!

My Border Collie's absolute favorite toy!

Stuffed animal (with squeaker) securely attached to rope hoop. Lasts a long time as a kind of frisbee. However, really an outdoor toy for active play, because when my dog has a chance to lie down comfortably this toy will get torn apart and shredded fast!!! (This is his third!) Can be repaired for awhile to prolong use with strong cotton carpet thread, but it is not immortal, so be advised.
