Hier kommt die gehärtete Stahldüse ins Spiel, die zwar langlebiger ist, jedoch nicht die optimale Wärmeleitfähigkeit einer Messingdüse bietet.

In der besten Düse, die wir je produziert haben, verwenden wir hochwertiges Messing, ergänzt durch einen kleinen Rubin an der Düsenspitze. Dies verwandelt eine herkömmliche Messingdüse in eine Düse, die sowohl für Standardfilamente wie PLA, ABS und PETG als auch für abrasivere Materialien wie kohlenstoffgefülltes Filament, Metall, leuchtendes Filament und Holz geeignet ist. Mit dieser Düse können Sie nahezu alle Arten von „Nozzle Killer Filament“ verwenden, die derzeit auf dem Markt sind.

Alle Ruby Nozzles von PrimaCreator bestehen aus hochwertigem Messing mit einer echten Rubinspitze. Sie werden in einer hochmodernen Fabrik hergestellt und weisen eine Toleranz von weniger als ± 0,01 mm auf. Dies sorgt dafür, dass Ihr Filament beim Extrudieren eine sehr glatte und klare Oberfläche hat, was zu besseren Druckergebnissen führt.

Für optimale Ergebnisse und Druckqualität empfehlen wir dringend, Ihre Bauplatte nach dem Wechsel zu einer neuen Düse neu zu nivellieren. Beachten Sie, dass eine PrimaCreator-Düse möglicherweise mit Ihrem Drucker kompatibel ist, jedoch der Abstand zwischen Düse und Bauplatte angepasst werden muss.

Der Herstellungsprozess einer PrimaCreator-Düse beginnt mit der Auswahl eines hochwertigen Materials. Nach der Ankunft im Werk wird das Material einer optischen Inspektion unterzogen. Anschließend wird das Material in eine lange Stange geformt. Dieser Prozess wird nur einmal durchgeführt, im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen (günstigeren) Herstellern, bei denen dieser Prozess oft 3-4 Mal wiederholt werden muss, ohne die gleichen Ergebnisse zu erzielen. Nach diesem Schritt durchläuft das Material ein Ultraschallreinigungsbad und wird anschließend erneut gereinigt und gegen Oberflächenoxidation geschützt.

Die Düse nimmt nun mit millimetergenauer Präzision Gestalt an, wobei die Toleranz weniger als ± 0,01 mm beträgt. Das Entfernen von scharfen Kanten ist ein wichtiger Schritt, da dies einen großen Teil des Ergebnisses ausmacht. Zu viele scharfe Kanten können die Düse anfälliger für Verstopfungen machen. Daher ist es entscheidend, dass die Düse vor der Verwendung sehr glatt und sauber ist. In jeder Charge werden einige Düsen ausgewählt und halbiert, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Spezifikationen erfüllt sind und die Oberfläche in perfektem Zustand ist.

Die Düsen werden dann ein letztes Mal überprüft und einzeln in einer schützenden Box verpackt – bereit für den Versand zu Ihnen.

The wood is great.
I used to use a typical padded wrist pad, but am a heavy sweater. Upon reading another review in regards to that matter I decided to take the plunge on this rest. I have been a user of the Model O mouse from Glorious for a while and liked it so I trusted the company's reputation for taking gamers' needs into consideration. After using it for about a week and playing different types of games/working from home on it, I can say that although your sweat might pool during sweaty moments, it's easy to wipe off and doesn't seem to easily absorb into the wood. The wood itself is of a nice quality, I like the oak over the onyx for a more "real wood" look. There was no difference in comfort for me, you'd think being used to a padded wrist this shift would be "hard" on me, but no, I haven't had any problems. It's ergonomics for typing are also good as I notice my WPM and consistency be higher on multiple tests. All-in-all quite satisfied with the purchase, fits the aesthetic, feel, and ergonomics I was looking for.

Very well made, matches width of Keychron Q6 perfectly, great for bigger hands!
This is a nicely finished slab of wood that is an EXACT match for my Keychron Q6 in both width and height. Depthwise, this is 4", so if you got larger hands (as I do), this is a bit better than the silicone Keychron version which I believe is 3.5" or so in depth. The non-stick feet are a nice feature, and the profile is wonderful to type on. Only issue with the item I received is a small nick right below the Glorious emblem on the lower right of the wrist rest - may have been an errant tool mark. However, this doesn't detract in my own opinion, from the well-designed profile and features of this wrist rest and was easily covered with a furniture marking pen. I'm still giving this item 5-stars and getting another one for the office!

Glorious Wooden Palm Rest Durability and Stability in an Elegant Design

After years of using foam palm rests, I always encountered the same problem: they deformed over time, losing height, ergonomics and, consequently, their usefulness. This is especially critical when you spend between 3 and 8 hours a day at the PC for work, study or gaming, since a bad posture can increase the risk of suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome. This is where Glorious' wooden palm rests come in, a solution that eliminates deformations and offers an ideal height for both the mouse version and the TKL (Tenkeyless) version. Positive points • Solid and durable construction: Unlike foam, wood maintains its shape and provides stable support over time. • Elegant and minimalist design: Its finish gives a premium touch to any setup. • Effective non-slip base: The bottom rubbers prevent unwanted movements, providing total stability. • Easy maintenance: Although wood is slightly porous and can retain natural oils or residue from creams and perfumes, cleaning it is easy. Areas for improvement • Less softness than foam: Although still comfortable, wood sacrifices some of the cushioned feel that some prefer. A redesign with a foam strip on top could improve this. • Inconsistent finish between versions: I bought the mouse rest and the TKL at the same time, but noticed that the color tones were different (one blacker than the other). It doesn't affect functionality, but it does affect aesthetics. If you're looking for durability, stability, and a sophisticated design, this is a highly recommended palm rest, especially if you find it on sale. Although it's not as soft as the foam ones, it does its job of providing ergonomic support exceptionally well. An excellent complement for those who spend long hours at the PC and are looking for a sturdier alternative to traditional palm rests.

Great wrist rest. Smooth finish, good looks, and ideal wrist angle.
This wrist rest sets you up for pretty optimal, level height to prevent future wrist problems. I went with the nice reddish/brown color as it matches my brown wood Edifier speakers and other brown accessories very nicely. Nice matte finish that avoids showing finger prints and skin oils. The color is perfect, not too red or too brown. Keep in mind if your keyboard is angled in the front it will leave a bit of a gap, however it is unnoticeable to me. Also, make sure your arm rests of your chair can come high enough to meet the half inch or so thick wrist rest. My arm rests are a bit low for the time being so some extra pressure is put on my arm behind the wrist when resting on the chair supports.
