Seit 2007 produziere ich Wein unter meinem eigenen Namen, nachdem ich von 1994 - 2012 für renomierte Weinproduzenten gearbeitet habe. Seit 2013 existiert mein Betrieb in der heutigen Form mit Kellerei im alten Postautodepot in Cademario. Auf 5 Ha in Steil- und Hügellagen produzieren wir ca. 18000 Flaschen Wein. Die gesamte Arbeit wird von Hand ohne Traktoren durchgeführt. Der Betrieb arbeitet nach den Normen der integrierten Produktion.
