Mittels eines Kapillarsystems wird jede der 10 Anmischmulden individuell mit Wasser versorgt. Dadurch wird die angemischte Keramik gleichmäßig von unten durchfeuchtet und kann kontinuierlich ihre optimale Feuchtigkeitsbalance halten. Das vermeidet Lufteinschlüsse in der Keramik, die später zu Abplatzungen und Stabilitätsverlust führen können.

Angemischte Keramik kann zu jedem späteren Zeitpunkt weiter verwendet und/oder ergänzt werden, ohne dass das Tray vorher gesäubert werden muss. Das spart bis zu 50 % Zeit und Material.
Das Tanaka Ever-Wet™ Tray ist ideal, um individuell gemischte Farbnuancen farbgenau und vorverdichtet zu konservieren und feucht zu halten.
Das Tray besteht aus einer glasierten Porzellanplatte und einem Zweikammer-Füllsystem in einer stoßsicheren Box, die die angemischte Keramik feucht hält und vor Schmutz, Staub und Kontaminierung schützt.
Die Anmischplatten können im Tanaka Mixing Tray Rack sauber und jederzeit zugänglich aufbewahrt werden.
The patented Tanaka Ever-Wet™ Tray is the only porcelain mixing palette that keeps mixed porcelain moist for weeks, even months without contamination and without damaging your ceramic brushes during build-up.

Capillary action feeds water to each of the ten individual wells independently, wetting mixed porcelain from the bottom up and maintaining its moisture balance. Porcelain mixtures can be savely stored for later use and replenished as desired without the need to wash off and start over again.

The Tanaka Ever-Wet™ Tray is made from high density glazed ceramic material with dual reservoir filler ports, and enclosed in an impact resistant hinged plastic case to seal in moisture and seal out dirt, dust, and contamination. The trays stack with individual access when stored in the Tanaka Mixing Tray Rack.
