Besonderheiten: Der Benromach 2009/2025 ist ein 16 Jahre alter Whisky aus Schottland, der aus der Region Speyside stammt. Seine gesamte Reifezeit verbrachte er in einem First Fill Sassicaia Weinfass, was zu einem besonderen Geschmacksprofil beiträgt. Er wurde in einer Geschenkverpackung präsentiert und ist als Originalabfüllung erhältlich. Der Whisky weist einen Alkoholgehalt von 58,4 % auf und ist nicht kühlfiltriert und in Fassstärke abgefüllt.
Tasting Notes:
- Nase: Die Nase eröffnet mit reifen roten Beeren, Clementine und Ingwergewürzen, gefolgt von einem Hauch Rauch.
- Gaumen: Am Gaumen dominieren Clementine und Ingwergewürze, begleitet von Demerara-Zucker, Himbeeren und schwarzen Johannisbeeren sowie einer subtilen Pfeffernote.
- Abgang: Der Abgang zeigt einen mittleren Körper, angereichert mit Waldfrüchten und der Glut eines Lagerfeuers.
Destillerie/Abfüller: Die Benromach Distillery wurde 1898 gegründet und liegt in Forres, Speyside. Sie ist für die Produktion von Single Malt Whisky mit leichtem Torfrauch und vielfältigen Fassreifungen bekannt. Die Abfüllung gehört zur The Awakening Series, die charakteristische Whiskys dieser Brennerei präsentiert.

Great Xylitol Chewing Gum!

This review is for PUR Gum | Aspartame Free Chewing Gum | 100% Xylitol | Natural Spearmint Flavored Gum, 55 Pieces (Pack of 3). I got 2 of the 3-pack at the time because it was cheaper to do so than to get a 6-pack. Of course, the next day the 6-pack was cheaper lol. Anyway, this is great xylitol gum and not overly expensive like Zellie’s. I take 2 (which is one serving meaning 2g of xylitol) after “most” meals because it’s supposed to be good for my oral health. I chew one piece at a time for a couple minutes to prolong the sweet flavor instead of popping both into my mouth together. I like chewing these because they don’t harden up like some gums do. They stay soft throughout and I often forget and chew them for 15-20 minutes at a time. Anyway, I did the math and compared the PUR gum to other 100% xylitol gums out there and this one was a clear winner to me for the same benefits. I would totally recommend this gum and I like that it’s aspartame free! I’d give it a 5.0/5.0 - 03/20/2026.

Great taste but cannot use
Flavor Name: Spearmint, Size: 55 Count (Pack of 1)
First time trying for dental care. Really enjoy the taste only drawback taste doesn’t last long. However, it’s better than other sugar substitutes which my stomach does not like.
Glad I signed up for the three pack sub. Great product! Recommend.
May 16, 2026 Update: Unfortunately I cannot use this product after the initial trial every time I chew on these i experience stomach issues so the three pack I purchased will need to find someone that can use them or throw out.

Powerful lasting peppermint flavor & the xylitol fights plaque!
Flavor Name: Spearmint, Size: 55 Count (Pack of 6)
The gum has a powerful peppermint taste – very refreshing. The flavor lasts a long time. The main reason that I bought this gum is because it has 100% xylitol. Xylitol helps fight plaque buildup. I have only had the product one day, so I can't say that it works, but I read many reports before I bought the gum that xylitol is excellent for fighting plaque buildup. It also has no sugar. It's vegan and it has only five calories per two pieces. I have so far only chewed one piece at a time. One piece seems plenty for me. I've read that people need from six to ten grams of xylitol per day to effectively fight plaque. So, this gum needs to be chewed accordingly. Many people chew after every time they eat. I am happy with this purchase.

Only protein shake I've found that doesn't cramp my stomach
Flavor Name: Chocolate, Size: 14 Fl Oz (Pack of 12)
I've tried the vanilla, strawberry and chocolate, and chocolate is by far the best. It's not too sweet (where as the vanilla and strawberry were). It doesn't have any extra whey concentrate or caseinate or soy or whatever added to it to boost protein. Brands that do that mess up my stomach, giving me bad stomach cramps. This is just highly filtered milk, and lactase enzyme that tackles the lactose sugar left behind after filtration. Maybe that's the secret. (I can drink normal milk and not get cramps. But, whey protein isolate and other things give me cramps.) This has become a go-to in a protein diet I'm on. I'll have one for breakfast with some coffee. That lasts me until lunch. If not, I'll simply have another 2 hours later. They're each less than 200 calories, so it's not too bad having another if it staves off hunger. I find I eat a smaller lunch. I might have another one for a mid-afternoon snack. Then I'll have a normal dinner. Basically I'm replacing bigger meals and a breakfast with 2-3 smaller calorie protein shakes. And the protein keeps me satisfied. (unlike something like slim fast that's just all sugar and ramps up your insulin). They're a bit pricey (almost $4/bottle). But, I'm cutting back on my grocery bill as well. So, it's balancing out. I figure I could be spending $12/day on fast food or some other garbage that makes me fat. Instead I'm drinking 2-3 of these a day, and am down 10lbs over a month. I'll stick with these.
