Der Weizen stammt aus den Anbauflächen rund um die Rätze-Mühle und somit ist der Anbau und die Herstellung 100% regional und natürlich

Unsere Weizenkeime werden täglich frisch hergestellt und am selben Tag versendet.
Durch die frische Verarbeitung bleiben viele Inhaltsstoffe erhalten, jedoch spiegelt dies sich wieder an der kurzen Haltbarkeit von 8 Wochen wider
Es werden keine chemischen Zusatzstoffe verwendet. Dies ist auch deutlich am Geschmack erkennbar.
