Weinbereitung: Kaltmazeration für 24/36 Stunden. Alkoholische Gärung bei kontrollierter Temperatur. Verfeinerung: 14 Monate im Barrique und 12 Monate in der Flasche.

Degustationsnotiz: Tief rubinrote Farbe, intensives Bouquet mit Aromen von kleinen roten Früchten bis hin zu Minze und Lakritze, gute Mineralität. Im Mund ist er komplex, vollmundig, weich mit aromatischen Tanninen und ausgewogener Säure.

Kulinarische Empfehlung: gereifte Käsesorten, Fleischgerichte, Wild
