Hochwertige Räucherbox aus dicken V2A Edelstahl (Made in Germany).

Anleitung im Flammkraft:
Die Räucherbox mit den Chips nach Wahl füllen, sodass sich der Deckel noch vollständig schliessen lässt.
Die gefüllte Räucherbox für 30 Minuten in kaltes Wasser stellen (So glühen nachher die Chips besser und fangen nicht an sich zu stark zu entzünden).
Die Box nun gut abtropfen lassen und im Grill über dem linken Brenner platzieren.

Den Brenner auf tiefer Temperatur einstellen damit die Chips anfangen zu rauchen. Über den Regler vom Brenner lässt sich nun die Rauchmenge steuern (Nie auf Volllast stellen).

Die Räucherbox wird sehr heiss, somit nur mit einer Grillzange oder ähndlichem verschieben während dem Räuchereinsatz.

Very sturdy and looks good. But, the part that holds the umbrella is loose and requires a wedge to stop it spinning (I used a plastic knife). Also the screw on the bottom RUSTS and in a BIG way. To solve the rust issue I put an old plastic cutting board under it. We use it with the modifications mentioned.
