How could normal-speed villains possibly threaten someone like Wally West, a teenager gifted with powers that let him run at supersonic, even near-light speeds? We watch Wally fumble through situations where, logically, he should dominate, but his youth, overconfidence, or lack of finesse opens the door for “normal” villains to challenge him.
