WEINBEREITUNG
Nach einer späten Ernte und einer Trocknung für 45-50 Tagen in Kassetten beginnt die Pressung mitte November, nach einer sorgfältigen Sortierung der Trauben. Die Weinbereitung erfolgt in Stahlbehältern und dauert etwa 20 Tage. Nach dieser Zeit wird er für 12 Monate in Barriques gelagert und gealtert
