RIGID ANSCHLUSS
Polini Motori setzt die Entwicklung seiner CP-Vergaser fort.
Innovative Vergaser, bei denen jedes einzelne Teil von der Firma aus Bergamo entworfen, entwickelt und
produziert wurde und die zu 100% in Italien hergestellt werden.
Die Palette der Polini CP Vergaser erweitert sich mit den neuen Modellen, die eine
einfache Montage auf dem Ø 16.16 Krümmer versichern.
Die CP Polini Vergaser haben eine starre Verbindung und sind für die mythischen
Vespa 50 Special, PK, XL, HP, FL2 bestimmt.
Die Verbindung zwischen Krümmer und Vergaser ist starr mit Klemme wie die originale
Vergasung der Vespa 50 und sie werden mit Airbox mit verbessertem Einlass geliefert.

Das Ansaugrohr ist sehr kurz und zeichnet sich durch ein exklusives konzentrisches Design und eine
Geometrie aus, die die Luftströme beim Durchströmen der Gase optimiert.
Der Überlauf des Benzins im Zerstäuber wurde so konzipiert, dass ein korrekter
dynamischer Durchfluss in jeder Position der Drosselklappe beim Öffnen gewährleistet ist.
Die Öffnung, in die das Benzin eintritt, und die größere Nadel ermöglichen einen konstanten Durchzug auch
unter extremsten Bedingungen.
Der Schwimmerstand, der vollständig aus Kunststoff besteht, und die Nadeldichtung werden
in der Produktionsabteilung sorgfältig kontrolliert, um im Laufe der Zeit den gleichen Leistungsstandard zu gewährleisten.
Diese Merkmale vereinfachen die Einstellung des Vergasers erheblich.
Dank der äußerst ausgeklügelten Kalibrierung wurden die Benzin-Luft-Ströme, die Haupt- und die kleinen
Düsen, so konzipiert, dass sie die beste Leistung bei geringerem Verbrauch erzielen.
Die kompakte Größe des neuen Vergasers ist das Ergebnis einer sorgfältigen und sorgfältigen
Verwaltung des Innenraums und der maximalen Effizienz aller Komponenten,
