Omega - Seamaster Aqua Terra mit der Referenz 220.10.41.21.03.002 besteht aus einem Stahlgehäuse. Ihr Durchmesser beträgt 41mm. Im Inneren der Armbanduhr ist ein Automatikwerk mit einer ca. 60 Stunden Gangreserve verbaut. Die Uhr hat eine Wasserdichtigkeit von 15bar. 

Das eisblaue Zifferblatt zeichnet sich durch ein horizontales „Teak“-Dekor aus, das sich an den hölzernen Deckplanken von Luxus-Segeljachten inspiriert. Das Zifferblatt verfügt außerdem über ein Datumsfenster bei 6 Uhr und die rhodinierten Zeiger und Indizes sind mit weißer Super-LumiNova gefüllt. Für den zentralen Sekundenzeiger und die vier Viertelstunden-Ziffern auf dem Minutenring wurde Blau verwendet.

Der Zeitmesser wird von einem polierten und gebürsteten Armband am Handgelenk gehalten und von dem OMEGA Master Chronometer Kaliber 8900 angetrieben, das vom Eidgenössischen Institut für Metrologie (METAS) zertifiziert wurde und höchsten Branchenstandards entspricht.
