COMPETITION LADELUFTKÜHLER KIT VAG 1,8 - 2,0TSI

Der Competition Ladeluftkühler hat folgende Netzabmaße (640mm x 410mm x 65mm) und besitzt somit 17 Liter äußeres Ladeluftvolumen (OEM 9 Liter). Das neuentwickelte Competition-Hochleistungsnetz (Tube Fine) gewährt den angrenzenden Bauteilen, wie z.Bsp. dem Wasserkühler, noch genügend Luftstrom und ist zudem noch sehr leicht. Der Ladeluftkühler besitzt dadurch ein Gesamtgewicht von nur 8,9kg. Die Aluminiumguss Endkästen wurden im CAD erstellt und mit Hilfe von CFD Simulationen für bestmöglichen internen Luftstrom optimiert. Eine im Endkasten integrierte Luftführung ermöglicht eine homogene Füllung des Competition Hochleistungsnetzes. Die Ein- und Auslässe des Ladeluftkühlers wurden auf Ø 70mm vergrößert, daher kommt dieses Kit mit verstärkten Silkonschläuchen.

Insgesamt hat dieser Ladeluftkühler weit weniger Gegendruck als der serienmäßig verbaute Ladeluftkühler. Zusätzlich besitzen alle unsere Ladeluftkühler ein AntiKorrosions-Beschichtung mit Wärmeleiteigenschaften. Dies garantiert eine dauerhafte und optimale Kühlung mit deutlichem Leistungsanstieg.

Die Montage erfolgt durch Austausch des OEM Ladeluftkühlers und ist einfach durchzuführen. Alle unsere Produkte unterstehen einer stetigen qualitativen Überwachung.

So here is where I will thank you. Thank you so much for doing this for me. You guys are AWESOME!. I love the chair and I love the blue color. I find it very comfortable, lite, easy to adjust, the size works great for me, and for the price the quality fits my needs. I do hope it lasts me for quite some time. Thanks again!
