I like that it has a pressure sensitive button on the top that has variable speed and easy to control by just easing your thumb off or pushing down the power button. Sometime I just press it fully down for top a quick speed burst and it stirs most things quickly. Press it down full speed for too long and you'll spill the liquid out.
