Voraussetzungen
Idee
- Bevor wir den ersten Schritt wagen, müssen wir Dich und Dein Kunstwerk verstehen.
- Welche Gedanken verbindest Du mit Deinem Bild und was Deine erste Idee war, die Dich geleitet hat?
- Was soll Dein Kunstwerk präsentieren und wer ist der Adressat, den Du erreichen und ansprechen möchtest?
- Soll es sich anschmiegen, provozieren, soll es schnelle Blicke begleiten oder stehen lassen?
- Nur Du weißt es und wir müssen es erfahren, um die richtige Schärfe, Textur, Relieftiefe und eventuell die Holzart für Dich finden zu können.
Technik
- Wir benötigen ein Foto Deines Kunstwerks als *.jpg oder *.png Datei.
- Es sollte klare Kanten und Formen zeigen aber nicht zu dunkel sein.
- Die Auflösung sollte in der erwarteten Größe mindestens 333 DPI betragen.
- Bis 5MB kannst Du es einfach hochladen.
- Wenn Du nicht weiter weißt, kontaktiere uns ([email protected]) wir helfen Dir gern. Nach dem erstem Mailkontakt auch telefonisch.
Wie wird bestellt und gefertigt?
- Gewünschtes Format und Größe aussuchen (300x200 oder 200x300mm). Auf Anfrage können wir auch Sonderformate bis 300x600mm fertigen.
- Bild mit einer Auflösung von mindestens 333 DPI bis 5 MB hochladen. Wenn Du ein Bild mit mehr als 5MB hochladen möchtest, kontaktiere uns via e-Mail unter [email protected]
- Bestellen
- Teile uns per e-Mail Deine Gedanken zum Kunstwerk mit ([email protected])
- Wir analysieren das Bild und fragen bei Dir weitere Informationen ab, wenn nötig
- Nur bei ausreichender Qualität bereiten wir Dein Bild auf, andernfalls melden wir uns bei Dir, um eine bessere Ablichtung zu erhalten
- Anschließend erstellen wir eine Gravurvorlage
- Gravieren Dein einzigartiges Kunstwerk
- Verpacken und versenden es an Deine Adresse
Wir liefern nur Qualität aus. Sollte es uns nicht möglich sein, Dein Bild zufriedenstellend fertigzustellen, wird Dir der gesamte Betrag zurückerstattet.
Widmung oder Beschreibung
Kaum ein Kunstwerk trägt seine Idee mit sich. Das kann bei Deinem anders sein. Wir gravieren sie gern auf die Rückseite - wenn erwünscht.

Asurion "Assures" nothing!
Asurion has terrible Customer Support. All machine based. They give you no phone # for human interaction. Their online Support process is very close-ended. It is a checklist designed to frustrate purchasers whose issue lies outside only the very issue.
My issue: I bought "Cuisinart TOB-40FR Custom Classic Toaster Oven Broiler, Silver (Renewed)" on May 26, 2024. It stated it had a 90 day warranty. So I bought an Asurion Protection Plan also to cover it for 3 years. The toaster started flaking off metal finish inside the oven over the cooking area. I tried to file a claim with Asurion and they told me the Manufacturers warranty was still in effect and I should contact Cuisinart. This despite the oven was sold with a Amazon Renewed verbiage stating a 90 day warranty.
And they have nothing on their "Machine Checklist" to cover this eventuality. And I would assume I am not the only one who takes the "Renewed" route and backs it up with a "Protection Plan".
They will frustrate you no end. I suspect, like many insurances, they seek to deny, deny, deny, in hopes the purchaser will give up.

GIFT CARD AS REPLACEMENT, NO CHOICE OF CHECK OR REPLACEMENT. GOOD COMPANY
PROS:
* A decent company, responsive and fair.
* Allows you to buy items from anywhere you want, and buy the warranty at Amazon.
* Provides better coverage than other warranties, and covers more, including breakage!
CON:
They don't send you a check in order to buy wherever you want, send a replacement, or give you a choice. Instead, they send you an Amazon Gift Card. That's OK if you're a big Amazon shopper, but sometimes, you can get a better price elsewhere.
