Delamotte Brut Blanc de Blancs NVThis blanc de blancs Champagne is sourced exclusively from Grand Cru sites in the Cote des Blancs 100% chardonnay from Mesnil, Avize and Oger. Based on 2017 vintage with 20% reserve wines (more than their usual 10% reserve due to climate change). This ensures freshness and allows the chalky minerality to shine brilliantly. It is aged on its lees longer than a typical non vintage for 4 5 years rather than the standard 15 months.

Great Mixer At A Great Price.

I purchased this mixer over 6 months ago. I use it at least 2 to 3 times a day to mix fiber into a flavored drink. It also gets used for mixing gravy and Chinese sauces. So from light to medium duty and no problems at all. One battery lasted over 4 months. I did try an alternate wand mixer($15 to $20) with variable speed to try and slow the mixing down a bit. It's low speed(fast) was the same as this mixer so I sent it back and kept this one. In addition to being more economical the simplicity of the single speed should give it good reliability. Lastly, if it gets damaged you're only out ~$7.00
