Encased in a solid 18mm thick MDF enclosure with a double reinforced front panel for enhanced strength and durability. The stylish look is further accentuated by high-quality stick decorations. Inside, braces ensure stability, minimize vibrations, and eliminate unwanted noise. A 4-fold protective grille ensures optimal protection for the high-quality woofer. The dual terminal offers the flexibility of serial and parallel connection to the amplifier, with an impedance of 2 + 2 ohms.

The QXB12D2 subwoofer boasts a power rating of 1000/2000 Watts RMS/max and features a 76mm dual voice coil for superior performance. The VX2000 Pro amplifier is a mono ultra-class D amplifier delivering a robust 800/1500/2200W RMS at 4/2/1 ohms. It offers a subsonic range of 10-100 Hz, low pass range of 50-20,000 Hz, and bass boost range of 0-12 dB at 30-70 Hz. The amplifier is equipped with low and high-level inputs, ensuring compatibility with various audio systems. For added convenience, the optional universal bass-remote HF-RC1 is available.

I emailed on a weekend to activate the warranty and request the free cushion they offer. I got a personal response in less than a day and they offered upgraded wheels for free as well. This is a company worth doing business with.

Great value and great customer experience

I'm sure there are a lot of high quality chairs out there and this is one of them. For me, what sets this one apart is the customer experience from unboxing and assembly to customer care. The chair came in a surprisingly small box. To my surprise, the parts were wrapped in foam and then again in a high quality foil/foam packing material. Everything was well protected, densely packed, yet easy to unpack and locate the parts. The assembly process was straight forward as you might expect, but the attention to detail is remarkable. For example, the screws have thread lock (a dab of the blue "goo" to keep them from coming loose). Another example is the Allen wrench they give you. It isn't a cheap L-shaped wrench. It's a T-bar with a good sized handle. The parts all have slotted screw holes to give some tolerance in lining up the screws and a little bit of adjustment room. The instructions even showed how to use the box as a bench of sorts. You can tell the designers really thought about the assembly process. The chair came with a tag offering a free "upgraded foam seat protector cover" by sending them an email. Not only did they send one, the email response was from a human (I'm 99% positive) that asked how I liked the chair. I honestly responded that I like the arms to go down lower than this chair allows and said I might modify it. We exchanged a few messages about it and they ended up sending me some washers/spacers. It now fits my frame perfectly. Not only that, they offered to send me a different set of wheels that are more suitable for my flooring, which I took them up on. I didn't even ask! In summary, I am extremely happy with this chair and the company I bought it from. It is a fantastic value.
