This system includes the two (2) main devices in penis extension: a rod-traction system and a leg-strap device.
The rod-traction system allows the user to incrementally increase the tension in the penis extender by adding short brass rods to the base poles by screwing them in, thereby lengthening the penis over time.
The leg-strap device allows the user to discreetly maintain the penis in a constant semi-extended state throughout the whole day.
Insert your penis head into the glans cap, use the vacuum handle to remove air for a secure grip, pull your penis outward, and attach the glans cap to either the rod-traction system's cap holder at the top, or the leg strap's clip fastener.
