Terms & Condition:

• Booking & Notice
  All bookings must be made with a minimum of 7 days’ advance notice, subject to availability.
• Payment Terms
  Full payment is required prior to the event date to secure your booking. No service will be rendered without full payment.
• Service Coverage
  The standard package includes up to 100 cups within the allocated service duration.
• Additional Cups
  Any consumption beyond the allocated 100 cups will be charged at RM10 per additional cup, which can be paid on-site.
• Service Extension
  Extension of service hours is subject to availability and will be charged at RM80 per hour.
• Outstation Fee
  Events held outside Klang Valley will incur an additional RM200 outstation setup fee.
• Health & Liability Disclaimer
  We are not responsible for any caffeine sensitivity, allergies, or food intolerances. Guests are advised to consume beverages at their own discretion.
• General
  We reserve the right to adjust service details due to unforeseen circumstances while ensuring service quality is maintained.
