Customers are eligible for free return shipping or free exchange shipping only when: 1. Purchasing two pairs of Ripton Jorts sizes and returning one size (while keeping the other)

2. Purchasing one size and exchanging for another size one time only, free of shipping fees. After one return/exchange, buyers are responsible for shipping fees.
Please note that because we are trying something new and experimental due to customer feedback, in the circumstances that a customer purchases two pairs of Ripton Jorts and decides to return both, we are not able to provide free return shipping in this scenario, and shipping fees will be deducted from the return refund.
