A timeless English pine kitchen dresser with generous scale and beautifully aged character. Crafted from solid pine, this piece carries the warmth, simplicity, and honest craftsmanship that made kitchen dressers a staple in traditional English homes.
The upper hutch features open shelving with vertical plank backing, ideal for displaying ironstone, pottery, cookbooks, or collected wares. The base offers three drawers over paneled cupboard doors, providing ample concealed storage for linens, serveware, or everyday kitchen essentials. Finished with simple wooden knobs and straightforward joinery, the design reflects its practical, utilitarian roots.
This dresser is constructed in two separate pieces, with the upper hutch separating from the base for easier transport and placement. For safety, we strongly recommend securing the top section to the wall once installed.
Condition: This piece shows authentic wear consistent with age and use, including knots, grain variation, and surface patina. Please note: the lower cabinet bottom board has a visible crack, shown clearly in the photos. This is consistent with age and does not affect the overall stability or function of the dresser. The lower cabinets back boards have also been replaced with new wood.
Each antique and vintage item is unique, showcasing distinctive characteristics such as patina, knots, cracks, small chips, and wear consistent with age and use. Each piece is sold as-is and final sale.
