The Deba knife is a traditional Japanese knife designed for filleting fish, featuring a thick and durable blade. This stainless steel Deba from Kiya is crafted with a thinner profile, making it lightweight and easy to handle. The knife is in excellent condition, showing minimal signs of use.

This single-edged stainless steel knife is rust-resistant and easy to maintain.

The knife has been sharpened, so it is ready to use immediately upon arrival. Please handle with care when unpacking. The price includes the sharpening fee.

It features engravings "KIYA" and "EDELWEISS," with logos and an intact sticker on the handle.
