  • Float assemblies for all four carburetors

Installation Guide

  1. Disconnect the battery and fuel line before beginning work. Ensure the engine is cool and in a well-ventilated area.
  2. Remove the carburetor assembly from the engine following manufacturer service manual procedures. Label all fuel lines and linkage connections for reassembly.
  3. Disassemble each carburetor carefully, noting the position of jets, screws, and adjustment settings. Take photos if needed for reference.
  4. Clean all metal carburetor body components thoroughly with carburetor cleaner and compressed air. Inspect for cracks, warping, or damage.
  5. Remove old gaskets, seals, and O-rings completely from all mating surfaces. Do not scratch or gouge sealing surfaces.
  6. Install new gaskets and seals from the kit, ensuring proper orientation and seating. Apply a light coat of oil to rubber O-rings before installation.
  7. Replace the float, needle, and seat assemblies with the new components provided. Adjust float height to manufacturer specifications using a caliper or gauge.
  8. Reassemble each carburetor in reverse order of disassembly. Torque all fasteners to specification and restore jet settings to factory specs.
  9. Reinstall the carburetor assembly onto the engine, reconnecting all fuel lines and linkages. Ensure all clamps are secure and lines are not kinked.
  10. Reconnect the battery and fuel supply. Prime the fuel system and check for leaks before starting the engine.
  11. Start the engine and allow it to warm up to operating temperature. Adjust idle mixture and synchronization as needed per service manual.
  12. Test run the engine under load and verify smooth operation across the RPM range. Re-check all connections for leaks after initial run.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

Q: How do I confirm this carburetor kit fits my specific engine?
A: Cross-reference your engine model and year with the compatibility table above. You can also verify by checking your current carburetor part number against the OEM numbers listed (67F-W0093-00-00, 804346T1, 804346T02, or Sierra 18-7743). If your engine is listed but you notice any discrepancies in the product images, do not proceed with purchase.

Q: How often should I rebuild my outboard carburetors?
A: Carburetor rebuild intervals depend on usage and fuel quality. For engines used regularly in saltwater or with ethanol-blended fuel, inspect carburetors annually and rebuild every 2–3 years or when you notice rough idling, poor acceleration, or fuel leaks. Engines in storage for extended periods should be rebuilt before returning to service.

Q: What are the signs that my carburetor needs rebuilding?
A: Common symptoms include hard starting, rough or inconsistent idling, hesitation during acceleration, black smoke from exhaust, fuel leaking from carburetor body, and poor fuel economy. If cleaning the carburetor doesn't resolve these issues, a full rebuild is likely necessary.

Q: Does this kit include floats for all four carburetors?
A: Yes, this package includes four complete carburetor rebuild kits with floats—one for each carburetor on your 4-cylinder outboard engine.

Q: What's the difference between OEM and aftermarket carburetor kits?
A: This listing is an aftermarket replacement part (not an OEM component). We build to OEM specifications using comparable-grade materials. Production is done in an ISO9002-certified facility, and each batch is inspected for consistent performance.

Q: How fast do you ship and how much does it cost?
A: We offer fast global shipping—typically 5–15 days worldwide—and standard shipping is free. Expedited options are available at checkout depending on your location.

Q: What is your warranty and return policy?
A: This product includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. If something goes wrong, contact our support team with your order details. Returns are accepted within our standard return window (unused & in original condition); please see our policy page or reach out for instructions.

Works well has plenty of pressure.
It is a great device, a bit awkward to use over a bowl sink, but with some minor adjustment of the nozzle, it works well. It appears to be as effective as most water picks and I like not having to fool with a hose, that can break.

Needed replacement, 2nd one works OK
The first one I received had a broken latching mechanism. Not a shipping issue, as the box was fine, it just wouldn't latch the attachments because the mechanism wouldn't come all the way out. After getting a replacement the 2nd one worked better. It has 3 settings for soft, normal, and pulse. For me, the normal put out the best force for clearing out bits. After washing with it for about 30 seconds though I still don't feel it cleans we well as real floss, or even a waterpik, but it does help after brushing. I will add it to my routine as it does help flush out some things, but it won't be replacing my flossing. It is sort of portable, in that can be packed away and holds a charge, but it's still pretty large and takes up a good amount of space in a toiletry bag. It's not bad, but not really outstanding either.

I like this better than my name brand unit
🔵 Features: The water pick boasts a generously sized reservoir, which is a standout feature. It also comes with a convenient USB charger, offers 3 speed settings (normal, soft, and pulse), and features quick and easy detachable heads. 🔵 Power: In terms of power, comparing it to my current unit revealed no noticeable differences in pressure or volume to the naked eye. Both units effortlessly deliver a stream of water up to 12 feet. 🔵 Heads: The water pick includes a plethora of heads, more than most people would likely need. Personally, I would have preferred a lifetime supply of the simple angled head picks, but the variety provided caters to all preferences. 🔵 Overall: After using it for a few days, I found that it performs admirably. When placed side by side with my old unit, I consistently reach for the 7AM2M unit, primarily due to its larger reservoir. In all other aspects, I find them comparable, and I wholeheartedly recommend this water pick to others.

Well designed portable water flosser that's holding up so far
There are a number of such portable water flossers on Amazon, but this is one of the better ones IMO. The water pressure is adequate, with enough settings to allow you to ramp up (or keep using on a lower setting if desired). One nice feature is that the tank detaches easily and this makes filling under a tap easier than other units which don't have an easily detached tank. The tank shape is also a bit fatter so it's not too long along any one dimension. The tank capacity of 300 ml is adequate for a single use. The standard suite of flosser heads are included - flossing itself, peridontal, and one for braces. The tongue cleaner attachment is also there but I prefer to use a separate tongue cleaner tool. Charging is via USB-C and while the port isn't super water proof, there's no damage to the unit yet. Battery life is typical at about 20-30 days with twice a day usage.
