This Welcome sign is stained and the letters are painted on, then it's given a distressed and rustic look. Please note, these signs are indeed RUSTIC, and are made one-by-one to that effect, which means that each piece has some variation.

The distressed look means that the painted letters are given an "aged" look. Please review all of the photos and note that parts of the letters have "aged" away, giving it a partly "erased" look, perhaps even creating some asymmetry in the letters, as well as some color variation in the stain. Given that distressing is done on each piece individually, each piece is unique, so expect some slight variation from the model pictured.

Grain / Color NOTICE:

Because our furniture is crafted from solid real wood, there will be variation in color and grain pattern. Products in the images have been crafted from the same species of wood and stained with the exact same stain color as the product you will receive. However, because wood is a natural product, no two pieces are the same. Depending on an individual piece of wood and grain pattern, the stain may take more or less resulting in the color variation. While every effort has been made to supply you with the most accurate photographic representation, you should expect some variation in your product.
