Sourced from the Kokako Farm and Keltern Vineyards in Hawkes Bay, the Leftfield Pinot Gris is a fruity and funky example of the variety.
Harvested when the grapes were tasting delicious, the juice was coerced from the fruit, and fermented in vats. A small splash of Chenin Blanc was blended in with the Pinot gris to add depth of flavour to this moreish wine.
Food Pairing: Imbibe on its own or devour with spicy grilled chicken.
