The 25mm pressed sides on three edges add rigidity and help keep product contained during transfer between bench, oven and racks.
The open edge is designed for fast loading and unloading, which helps when trays are moving constantly through prep, bake and packing areas. The three-sided profile also supports secure stacking, reducing storage space and helping keep stacks stable when trays are nested or staged for production. For operations that need easier release and quicker clean-up, a non-stick coated option is available for the same tray format.
