No, Member’s Mark™ 12” Portable Rotating Gas Pizza Oven is propane only, and ready to connect to a 20 lb. propane cylinder (not included).

Yes, the 12" pizza oven has a variable temperature control knob that allows the user to lower the temperature if needed.
What is the benefit of the rotating pizza stone?
