This is caused by the weight shifting forward during hard braking, taking weight off the rear, and causing the rear to lock-up. The RN-type was developed with the concept of having perfect balance of initial and overall friction levels. The RN-type has high initial bite allows immediate braking, but the overall friction level is kept at a lower level to prevent lock-up. Adorable but runs small

These are the cutest shirts- cotton, soft, thick- good quality but SMALL. Returned because of size and ordered a bigger size. I added a picture for reference- the other is a cotton 7-8 from Disney - I feel like the M /8 amazon was more a 6. I definitely recommend these shirts though just size up at least one size.
