Description
Medicinal Ingredients: L-5-Hydroxytryptophan (griffonia seed extract) 100 mg.
Non-medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, sodium stearyl fumarate.
AOR Tryfonia MAX is L-5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) derived from Griffonia
simplicifolia seed extract. 5-HTP is a metabolite of the amino acid
tryptophan, and an essential precursor of the biosynthesis of the
neurotransmitter serotonin and the neurohormone melatonin. Research
supports a role for 5-HTP in supporting mood balance, ease of sleep, and
the proper tone of the muscles on the back of the neck, and resulting
changes in blood flow and pain fibers.
Benefits:
Directions: Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule
three times daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care
practitioner. To minimize gastrointestinal side effect risk, slowly
increase dose over a 2-week period. Use for a minimum of 1 week to see
beneficial effects for mood balance and 2 weeks for the alleviation of
fibromyalgia symptoms. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms
persist or worsen or for use beyond 1 year.
Cautions: Consult
a health care practitioner prior to use if taking carbidopa or
drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity, including, but not limited
to, L-tryptophan, SAMe, St. John’s Wort, antidepressants, pain killers,
cough/cold medication containing dextromethorphan, anti-nausea
medication or anti-migraine medication. Discontinue use and consult a
health care practitioner if you experience skin changes, weakness, oral
ulcers, or abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain. Some people
may experience gastrointestinal disturbances such as diarrhea, nausea,
vomiting and abdominal pain. May cause drowsiness, exercise caution if
driving or operating heavy machinery or engaging in activities requiring
mental alertness. Do not use if you have scleroderma. Not to be used by
individuals under the age of 18 or those with a medical condition.

OMGOSH! I love this purse! It is exactly what I've been searching for. I don't normally carry a purse. Wearing jeans or pants most of the time, I use my pockets: phone, flat wallet, lipstick, keys, and I'm ready to go. Occasionally, however, I wear an outfit where the phone is too bulky, like in a dress pocket, or there are no pockets at all. Not sure how I came to own such clothing, but be that as it may, I've been looking for a purse that would be simple, functional, and cute. I don't like large purses and phone size purses are just too small that even my few items overstuff them. Then I end up clipping the keys on the side which is not very sophisticated looking (more hobo than boho) So the search has been ongoing, until my package arrived today! Yay!
This little Iswee purse is PERFECT! It has a clean design with just a few simple elements that give it that polished look. I got the small (6" high & 9" wide) in brown leather. The color is that warm, orangy-brown that I love. The leather is soft but sturdy not supple like a slouch bag but not stiff like a clutch. It is fully lined with interior and exterior, zippered and slide-in pockets. The hardware is a gunmetal color and heavy, seemingly of good quality. The over the shoulder strap can be adjusted with the buckle from 40" to 47" (length includes hardware) and is of a stiffer, belt like leather.
(It even smells like leather)
I may just order another in a fun color. It's worth every penny.
